Share and Learn Community of Practice 

The IHPN Share & Learn Community of Practice provides member organisations with the opportunity to share and learn from incidents, complaints and actual or possible emerging concerns pertaining to patient safety and quality. It is a safe and confidential space for curiosity, openness with a willingness to challenge, to be challenged and to put forward solutions.

Subject matter experts such as Human Factor and national investigators are invited to contribute to the meetings to support enhanced incident insight and outcomes. Learnings from the Community of Practice is shared with all IHPN members via a newsletter with the main ambition being improvement in sharing and learning from patient safety incidents and management across the independent sector.
