Learning from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE) 

LFPSE is part of the NHS Patient safety strategy and will see a move away from the current National Reporting and Learning System (NRLS) and Strategic Executive Information System (StEIS) to LFPSE and will, when fully implemented, provide the ability to see learning events across the patient pathway. IHPN members are fully engaged in this work with Nuffield Health an early adopter.
