Our multi-disciplinary team of therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists have expertise in treating a wide variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), alongside providing an autism assessment and diagnosis service for adults. We also offer specialist support for children and adolescents, including our private inpatient ward within the grounds of Roehampton Hospital.

Our personalised addiction programme provides treatment for substance addiction including alcohol, cocaine, ketamine and heroin, and support for a range of behavioural addictions. We offer online aftercare for all patients who have completed our 28-day addiction treatment programme. This is available free of charge for the 12 months following treatment.

At Roehampton Hospital, we believe the environment is just as important as the treatment itself. Our beautiful Grade II listed building provides the perfect setting for clients to focus on their health and wellbeing, in beautiful surroundings that support recovery. Our welcoming private wards offer modern and comfortable en-suite bedrooms.

60 private beds across 4 inpatient wards (including a young persons’ inpatient ward)

We work closely with the wider Priory network of services, if clinically appropriate, and can provide access to repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) at Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street. rTMS is an innovative and evidence-based therapy revolutionising the treatment of depression and OCD. rTMS has been praised for its non-invasive nature and its effectiveness in alleviating symptoms of these mental health conditions. We offer comprehensive outpatient and day care support, including services for adults with eating disorders. All treatment is personalised to the specific needs of the individual.

Located within a Grade II listed Georgian manor house in Old Woking, Surrey, close to Heathrow airport, our beautifully designed building provides a warm, welcoming, home from home environment for clients. Our programmes utilise one-to-one, group and family therapy to support our clients through their recovery and journey towards wellbeing.

The treatment programmes at Life Works are led by a world renowned multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, mental health nurses and a dietitian.

We are pleased to offer online aftercare for all clients who have completed our 28-day addiction treatment programme or inpatient eating disorder treatment programme. This is available free of charge for the 12 months following treatment. We also provide a free weekly online family support group, from the first day of a loved one’s treatment.

Day care and outpatient options will be discussed during inpatient treatment, to ensure continuation of care as part of our discharge planning. We have specialised options for both addiction and eating disorder patients.

The Cottage, located within the grounds of Life Works, provides the UK’s most exclusive and unique treatment experience – nowhere else offers such quality and one-to-one attention, with a focus on recovery and positive outcomes for clients.

We only treat one client at a time, and our therapy programme is underpinned by scientific evidence and is proven to be effective in treating issues surrounding addictions, eating disorders and other mental health issues. Alongside treatment, clients have access to a comprehensive range of complementary services such as yoga, nutritional support and massages. With a 2-bed English countryside-style cottage exclusively for their use, clients are welcome to have their family joining them while they experience treatment.

The Cottage caters for clients looking for the most discreet and exclusive environment to relax and unwind in – providing a home away from home, so clients can focus on their recovery.

For clients at Life Works and The Cottage, if clinically appropriate, we can provide access to repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) at Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street. rTMS is an innovative and evidence-based approach revolutionising the treatment of depression and OCD. rTMS has been praised for its noninvasive nature and effectiveness in alleviating symptoms of these mental health conditions.
