As someone who has navigated a diverse and fulfilling journey within healthcare, I am passionate about supporting and empowering fellow professionals as they grow and develop.

My current role is Corporate Concerns Officer at Spire Healthcare. I feel that I bring a wealth of experience as a registered nurse, a trained Freedom to Speak Up Guardian with the National Guardian’s Office, and as a former Director of Clinical Services and CQC Registered Manager. These roles have given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within both clinical and leadership pathways.

I believe mentoring is a powerful tool for fostering confidence, resilience, and professional growth, and I would like to contribute to the IHPN’s mission by sharing insights, offering guidance, and helping others navigate their own unique paths in healthcare.
