Jodie is Head of Employment, Pensions & Immigration at Bevan Brittan, and is a health and care workforce specialist. She is also the Firm’s Senior Partner and a member of the Bevan Brittan board.
Jodie regularly supports Chief Executives and Chairs in managing strategic and board level workforce and related regulatory issues, including senior executive terminations, breakdown in working relationships, board governance and managing doctors’ performance and conduct matters. She is increasingly consulted as a sounding board for the management of workforce issues arising from the #Metoo, sexual safety agenda Health and Wellbeing and “Just and Compassionate Culture” agendas.
Over the last 20 years, Jodie has mentored and supported the development of a numerous colleagues across the firm. As part of Jodie’s wider firm role, she led the establishment of Bevan Brittan’s Wellbeing agenda, which forms part of our wider Responsible Employer focus.
