I have worked in healthcare in several clinical and non-clinical positions in the NHS and for private providers, more latterly in operational and senior leadership roles, most recently as Clinical Services Director for a global diagnostic imaging provider, Agito Medical. 

Together with experience of building and leading teams and gaining an executive MDA in 2022, I also qualified as a professional coach in 2025.  This skill set has enabled me to empower others to unlock their potential through a coaching approach, coupled with my expertise in clinical operations, governance and leadership. 

I am an advocate for authentic leadership and consider myself a ally to those in disadvantaged and minority communities.  I would love to support other women in their careers, particularly those transforming from clinician to operational leader.
