I am a practicing GP with a broad range of experience across the NHS, prison service, charity and independent sectors, and my current role is as Chief Medical Officer and Wellbeing Guardian at InHealth, the UK’s largest independent provider of diagnostic and screening services. My professional journey spans clinical leadership, education, patient safety, and health service transformation, with a deep commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and championing workforce wellbeing.

In my role as Wellbeing Guardian, I promote compassionate leadership and psychological safety, empowering individuals to thrive in high-pressure environments. I mentor colleagues across several platforms—including InHealth, UCLH Global Business School, and globally for displaced Gazan medical students—bringing a strong focus on supporting women in healthcare to develop confident, authentic leadership, navigate challenges, and sustain resilience across their careers.
