Key Findings
Our research has identified 6 key findings which should help shape the approach that your organisation can take. These findings have been formed by looking at what good looks like in organisations that are doing EDI “well”.
We have also captured the learning that organisations have gathered over years of trying different approaches so that we know what worked well but also importantly what didn’t. The six areas are:
- It starts with the data
- Focus on what works
- Specific actions that get done are more effective than big strategies that don’t
- Fixing the broken rung – supporting diversity in and on
- Work with, not against the organisation
