I havesuccessfully conducted numerous employment tribunal and appeal cases ranging from unfair dismissal to more complex whistleblowing and discrimination claims.

Alongside my daily role, I regularly delivers training workshops, seminars and webinars on all aspects of Employment Law including discrimination, managing poor performance, MHPS and conducting workplace investigations.
