I started my career as a diagnostic radiographer in the NHS, working clinically for 10 years in the NHS before moving into the private healthcare sector to develop my career. I have worked in multiple leadership roles within mainly acute hospital settings.

A key part of all my roles has been effective relationship building with key stakeholders and balancing my values of providing excellent care to patients with building sustainable efficient businesses. As a mum of four my strengths include the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple projects whilst empowering my teams to achieve their goals. Seeing my team progress and achieve beyond their expectations is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.

I am lucky to have had some great role models who have supported me through my career. I am keen to share my experiences and support others on their career journey.
