I have had over 30 years’ experience as a HR professional within healthcare and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  I am currently Director of People for a Hospital within the sector and have significant prior experience at Board level within the NHS.  I have successfully mentored a number of individuals in HR and clinical roles as well as graduates wishing to enter a range of professions.  I am committed to supporting the growth of employees within my own organisation as well as supporting others with their career development.  I currently co-chairs the HR Forum and have been passionate in promoting the developmental aspects of the forum.
