I have spent the last 25 years in strategic advisory, focusing on helping organisations to manage their reputations for high trust among stakeholders to support long-term growth and success. This has led me to my current role as Group Corporate Affairs Director at Spire Healthcare Group, where I am a member of the Executive Committee, with responsibility for internal and external communications and sustainability.

Throughout my career I have had the privilege of being mentored and coached, shaping my own career and approach. This led to my decision to train and qualifying as an executive coach, too. I love supporting other women to fulfil their career aspirations, whether that is about how to build strong, trusted relationships, manage challenging scenarios and conversations, or develop their leadership confidence, style and authentic personal “brand”. I am happy to mentor women looking to develop their strategic communications and reputation management skills, too.
