I had a diverse start to my career path, with degrees in Arts, then technology, early experience in radio broadcasting, banking and then fell into healthcare, quite by chance. Now I bring over three decades of experience spanning the healthcare and diagnostics sector, with a focus on operational excellence, imaging technology sales and marketing, and organisational leadership. My career began in clinical diagnostics and evolved into senior leadership roles, working for the independent sector commercially and operationally, where I’ve led on large-scale service transformation, workforce development, and the integration of digital innovation within medical imaging.

As a senior leader at Compleo Health, I’m proud to help shape a company that’s redefining diagnostics through patient-centred design, inclusive culture, and cutting-edge science. My areas of expertise include strategic service design, operational delivery in complex environments, regulatory navigation, and embedding equity into organisational practice.
