An experienced Senior Manager with a strong reputation in leading successful Contact Centre Operations, my background includes 10 years with Natwest Bank, 6 years with Sainsburys and for the last 6 months I have been enjoying learning all about Diagnostic Healthcare. Throughout my career I’ve had some wonderful opportunities with a variety of roles including Operational Manager for teams up to 200 colleagues, Change & Lean management, Digital development & Customer Experience Lead, I feel these roles have given me the essential skills for the role I’m in today .
I have always been passionate about developing people and thrive when leading a team. I’ve had several personal Mentors, I started mentoring myself 5 years ago and continue to be eager to invest in others as they thrive within themselves or in their career.
